Okler Roofing provided an assessment of a leaking and sweating metal roof for the Garden Township Hall, as well as a comprehensive estimate & contract. They came with all materials and equipment necessary and a very experienced crew. It was impressive to watch the speed at which they stripped one side of the roof, and not leave until it was closed back up and protected from the elements. The project included reinforcing the rafters and roof system by adding purlins, additional insulation, OSB sheeting, high temp ice & water shield at the eaves with synthetic underlayment over the rest of the roof decking, with a continuous metal roof & concealed faster snaplock & nail strip. It was well-planned and efficiently executed.
The clean up was impeccable. Courteous and professional with every interaction. Would highly recommend.

The entire team at Okler Roofing did an amazing job on our recent roof and gutter replacement project.
